Shipments are made only to registered distributors who are not consumers as defined in the Law on Consumer Protection.

Registered distributors will use their ID number to access the Distributor Area of this website. Please do not permit other people to use your ID number to access the site.

All ingestible products on this website are nutritional supplements, they are not meant to be used for medicinal purposes and will by no means be used as such. Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd. is in no way liable if the products are used as medicines and will not be held responsible for any psychological or physical damages arising from the use of these products to mitigate, treat, cure or prevent a specific disease or class of diseases. The orders sent through this website are checked and received at the office of Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd. A copy of the order is sent to the email address provided by the distributor in the Order Form. To be able to process and ship the products and literature you have ordered on the same day, we need to receive the order itself and its payment by 4 p.m. Orders and/or payments received after 4 p.m. will be processed and sent on the next business day. To check the status of your order, please call our office numbers.

The finalized order can be received by the distributor or his authorized representative at the office of Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd., or be shipped to them via courier service.

In case the order is shipped by courier, its contents are thoroughly checked by an employee of Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd. before it is collected by the courier. When it is received, you or your authorized representative must check its contents once again. After the products have been received by the courier or by your authorized representative, Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd. will not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages or loss (including loss of income, profit, market, reputation, use of content or missing an opportunity) or other indirect damages caused by loss, delay, incorrect storage, incorrect delivery or failure of delivery of your order and products.

If there is a discrepancy between the due and received amounts and/or the depositor information on the order form and the data received from the bank, the order will not be processed.

 

 

Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd. retains the right to change the prices on the website at its own discretion and without prior notice to the site’s users. The distributor is obligated to pay the price current at the time they placed their order. In case a technical mistake has been made in the website publication, we reserve the right to refuse to process an order and you agree to indemnify Forever Living Products Bulgaria Ltd. against any compensation, except a recovery of any funds paid by you.
